How can we be fully present and act with integrity in our relationships with students? This workshop offers a physical, auditory, and relational experience of Biosynthesis, designed for music educators. Through simple practices of grounding, centering, listening, and touch, we will explore how we regulate ourselves, how we regulate our interactions with others, and how this is reflected in the classroom. Aimed at the NOVA FCSH/CESEM community: master’s students, former master’s students, and faculty members.
